Q: How do you erase my hardrive?
A: Any donated Hard Drives are formatted with "DBAN" more details can be found here http://dban.sourceforge.net/
Q:Does it matter what make of machine I have or the operating system it uses?
A:No green machines welcome all types of machines and operating systems.
Q:How do you redistribute the recycled machines?
A: Green machines recieve far more requests for machines (through their ads and this site) than i do offers, So therefore
i select those most in need from these applications.
Q: Do you profit from these machines?
A: No i do not, i only seek to get back what is invested in spare parts or software for the machine. not my time, that
is why i ask for software donations aswell.
Q: why do you do this if you make nothing from it?
A: It's simple i do it because i love it, Like some people like stamp collecting and bird watching. Only i cannot do this
if i have to pay for it.
